David, Took your advice, did not cut any off the top flange but made 2 cuts on the flange on either side of the aileron's and fitted them both in. Worked very well and did not have to cut any of the

John, My closeout on one wing for the aileron is 47MM root end 50 MM outboard end. The other is 45 MM both ends. My ailerons both measure 66MM on the root and 52MM outboard end. I wound up cutting a
