- The polyurethanes (like Imron) can have a flexibilizer added, so much to the point that they can be used on fabric converings. In the automotive world, they are flexibilized to be used on the bumpers

- Rob Millenchip (painting guru in the UK) also flexibilizes PPG primer-filler for use on fabric covered aircraft!!. The violet tint will make base-white into whiter-than-white (as I'm sure you know).
